Continuous learning

Continuous learning is a challenge for all companies; we all reach an agreement that to develop growth mindset among our staff is a necessity but we have diverse achievements trying to promote it. Learning continously is demanding and is draining energy at the beginning. We prefer to stay in our comfort zone and our delusion that we are expert working in the field for years or that we are just graduated with the last available knowledge. We can also tell us the story that we are too busy with operations to spare time for learning. How to make our team members natural learners? How to make learning giving energy and not draining it? How to make us challenging regularly our practices and looking for better one? Promoting and rewarding curiosity as part of a normal behavior is a solution. Thank to it we can understand the main curiosity foes: complacency, delusion, environment and our personal advice monster. Two powerful questions to start enjoying curiosity: why are we doing it like this? and what else? Even if why is not a really powerful question, it is for this specific goal.
